We offer Standard Shipping within in the United States at the flat rate of $7.95.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and can be expected to arrive within 7-10 business days.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
It's our heart's desire that you have a wonderful experience shopping at God’s Love Nest Foundation online store. We hope you love each item you receive but if for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with it, you may return it. Please see our simple return and refund policy below. Please take note that we do not work on Sundays and public holidays. So we advise that you be mindful and avoid making orders during around those times because your order will be delayed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
Return and Refund for Physical Products:
We accept returns for refund postmarked within 20 days from the date you received your order.
Damages must be reported via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
Clearance sales are final and are non-returnable.
We are unable to make changes on orders that have been processed.
Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return
Exchanges may be made depending on availability.
Shipping will not be refunded on any items and it’s the responsibility of the client to return the item(s) and pay for the shipping both to and from God’s Love Nest Foundation.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping the receipts until your return is processed. God’s Love Nest Foundation is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit.
Refund for Digital Products:
We offer refunds on Digital Products under the following conditions:
We offer refunds reported within in 7 days after you received your order
Product was not delivered
Download Issues (If the product can’t be downloaded properly)
Major defects (if the product has unexpected errors)
We will not issue refunds for products not working due to Third-party software issues.
